Here's My Take:
CATALYST(As A Landlord/lady): We concluded yesterday by saying "The easiest way for a person to get destroyed is to found him/herself in the midst of his/her enemies as neighbours". Same thing with a person living in the house of a wicked Landlord/lady.
It was few years ago I understood that if you're a person of great destiny/potential/future, is not every kind of house you should live in. Some houses(landlords/ladies) are cursed, and anyone that stays in anything that concerns them will partake of that curse that's following them
Don't be deceived by the beauty of any house, leave the size or the portability of the house, leave the location and/or anything you can imagine. Think of the foundation, think about the owner and what controls him. BECAUSE WHAT FOLLOWS A MAN STAYS/LIVES WITH THE MAN. And that can follow you too, if you live in his/her house.
Conclusion:
Don't let the pressure of relocation, changing or moving into a new apartment make you fall into hands of the wrong/evil Landlord/lady.
