Here's My Take:
CATALYST(As A Neighbour): there's no compound you'll find catalysts and still see people craving for quarrels and fights. Even if there's one or two quarrelsome persons like that, with time, they'll change and become like the rest(catalysts).
I found out that neighbourhood can affect destinies and destination if it's full of wrong, negative and wicked individuals. Imagine growing your children in such destiny disruptive environment, no matter how you try to seclude them, they'll definitely become like the environment.
People easily represent their environment, especially children. One of the things am still grateful to Almighty till tomorrow is because we left the compound and environment where we were born to another location, where the serenity was totally different. Who knows how secular my life would have become, if we'd remained there.
Conclusion:
Wisdom demand you watch the environment your children is growing; how it's affecting their destiny, morality, Godliness, etc. Because if the environment is stronger than them, they'll be defeated.
