Here's My Take:
WHY DO PEOPLE CROSS SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY:
4. Arrogance: Yesterday I mentioned how a Church member arrogantly said "it's a lie" to what his Pastor was saying, and someone heard it and reported it. This is a member, maybe we'll say he's ignorant of what Spiritual Boundaries are, and maybe had not received any direct discipline from God.
There's another incident, where the Senior Pastor will give a junior announcements to read, he'll read the ones he like, and leave others. Which initially, the Senior thought it was a mistake, only to witness that consistently.
Amidst several rebukes and reminder of the spiritual consequences, he continues to do that. The Senior decided to help him, by disallowing him from further readings. It's obvious that some people are so blinded by arrogance that they're willing to die by it. God forbid!
Conclusion:
Friends you see eh, God can never be mocked! Even if you're doing it, and He's ignoring you, one day He'll recall all.
