Topic: CROSSING SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY
Word: Romans 10:2 KJV
For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
Here's My Take:
WHY DO PEOPLE CROSS SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY:
2. Zeal: Let's continue from the story from yesterday's Nuggets. Just like I'd said, due to his zeal, he was given freehand to function in any department he wished to or play any role that may help the Church. So he became almost everything. Though his Pastor always call him privately to Caution him about the things he's not doing right out of Zeal.
He'll accept to work on himself, tomorrow he'll do another worse one. His Pastor continued to encourage him and also caution him. One faithful day his Pastor was teaching the Church, and exceeded the time. Instead of giving him a note to remind him that he had exceeded his time, he began to clap and shout "Time up!!!"
His Pastor became so displeased and gave him serious open rebuke. Zeal in the house of God should be an evidence of your maturity in Christ. An encouragement to the body of Christ, not something that will bring pains to the person/s you're working with.
Conclusion:
What is use of zeal without the fear of God?! What is the use of zeal without the honour and regard for God's Servants?! Let's ponder on these...
Song:
My beloved is the most beautiful
Among thousands and thousands
My beloved is the most beautiful
Among thousands and thousands
My beloved is the most beautiful
Among thousands and thousands
My beloved is the most beautiful
Among thousands and thousands
Yeshua
Yeshua
Prayer:
May God help us not to be entangled by our zeal in Jesus name. Amen.
