Topic: CROSSING SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY
Word: Jer 6:16 NIV.
This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
Here's My Take:
WHY DO PEOPLE CROSS SPIRITUAL BOUNDARY:
3. Not Learning From The Past Experiences/Mistake: One of the funniest questions I have heard people ask is "If God is Love, how can a loving God destroy what(world, human) He created?" Now we read in the Bible that God destroyed the world in the time of Noah, right?
Did you read that too? Sure you did. What was the reason why the world that time was destroyed, and are we still seeing those things and more in our world today? God destroyed the then world, and we were told why they were destroyed.
Yet the current world refused to learn from the mistakes of that world. Instead we chose to do what they did and even worse. So for failing to learn from their mistakes will attract same punishment, and even greater one. So will God destroy this world, the answer is Yes. Unless we turn from our evil ways.
Conclusion:
A wise generation is that generation that never forgets or take for granted the errors of the previous generations, and learn from them.
