When David returned home to bless his own family, Michal, the daughter of Saul, came out to meet him. She said in disgust, “How distinguished the king of Israel looked today, shamelessly exposing himself to the servant girls like any vulgar person might do!”

How To Know When It's Time Of Rising:

1. When there's a problem: 

MEN THAT DIDN'T OBEY THE HUMAN(Woman) VOICE BUT GOD:

Still on David's matter..do you know that if David had because of what the wife(Michal) said became ashamed of himself, and maybe stop praising God just to cover himself up, God may not have been happy with him. God Himself was not complaining about it, after all every human being is naked before God.

That's why He can see the intent of our hearts, knowing who's worshipping Him in deed and who's faking it. Reason why He shut the womb of Michal, isn't because of what she said to David, but because of how she said it, and the intent of her heart. First, she looked down on him as her King. Secondly as her husband.

Thirdly, as her Priest, and fourthly as her Prophet. This is one of the reasons why every wife should be careful how you address your husbands, you may be seeing him as just "my husband", and you may not know the mantles of God upon his life. And remember, your husband doesn't need to be a Preacher, before you know that there's a mantle on his life
