Here's My Take:
Intro..
TIME OF RISING happens to every human, unless that person isn't created by God. But as long as that human is created by God, s/he has a TIME OF RISING.
For people that knew their God and understand that every good and perfect gift comes from God will see that TIME as a Miracle, while those doesn't understand will say it's a Luck/Lucky.
But whatever anyone calls it, it's TIME OF RISING. The good news is that TIME it's for everyone, whether a child of God or not, it's for everyone. For the Bible said "for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." Matthew 5:45b. So God doesn't withhold that time from anybody.
