How To Know When It's Time Of Rising:
1. When there's a problem:
MEN THAT OBEYED THE HUMAN VOICE INSTEAD OF GOD: another man that followed the voice of a Woman instead the voice of God was Ahaziah. The Bible said " Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem one year. His mother was Athaliah, a granddaughter of King Omri. Ahaziah also followed the evil example of King Ahab’s family, for his mother encouraged him in doing wrong.
He did what was evil in the Lord’s sight, just as Ahab’s family had done. They even became his advisers after the death of his father, and they led him to ruin. 2 Chronicles 22:2-4 NLT. Many married men today are been controlled by their mothers, even in their marriages.
They take and value the words of their mom more than their wives. Their mother being a woman will want to control her husband's house and as well as her son's home, wanting everything she says to be done. I have seen a whole lot of them like that. Their moms never give them breathing space, they'll want to know everything that's happening in the house.

Conclusion:
What makes a man a man it's not what is in-between his legs. What makes a man a man is responsibility(ability to defend and take care of his territory). Study the Book of Genesis 2 and 3, you'll get the gist.
