The Best ingredients(people) any Church will have are those people that are comfortable(work/business) and also possess the zeal to serve God. Such are hardly distracted by the affairs of men.
But those that are not comfortable but have zeal can be easily chicken out.
As a minister, pray that the Lord will give you(or make) men that are comfortable and zealous(righteous and wise). They're unshakable treasures..
Also remember that JESUS CHRIST is COMING BACK SOON, so get READY!!
