In the last days..men shall be..without natural affection"
Here's My Take:
WHEN THERE'S NATURAL AFFECTION, there'll be
1. Peace: where there's Natural Affection of course peace will surely be there. There will no Wars or even rumours of Wars hanging on our neck; everywhere will be calm and blissful. Nobody will be turning against each other, even if there's fight between people or races, there will be dialogue and it will be settled immediately.
Third party involvement will be so minimal, for the affection people have for each other will make them see no need of stretching a particular issue; seeing that at the end of such conflicts, the people involved will get hurt. That's why every problem ends immediately.
Where there's Natural Affection, and peace is reining, people will be afraid to mention anything that will cause confusion. To avoid offending anybody/people.
Conclusion:
Peace is a commodity that cannot be purchased with money, but by Love.
