WHEN THERE'S NATURAL AFFECTION, there'll be
4. Team spirit: where there's Natural Affection, there will be Team Spirit. I'd noticed that for people to put up their best in working for you, you have to show them love and care.
Bossing around them everytime mounts pressure on them, and give them unrelaxed mind to do what needed to be done. But when you show care and love to them, energy to do great things will generate and spring up from inside.
This is one secret many HODs doesn't know. They thought that everything is all about doing what they say, they failed to understand that the guys under them need attention and care, and not just their salaries. Failure to do that will surely affect their performances. And if Left unchecked, they'll leave you and find solace under any Leader that will be there for them.
Conclusion:
Don't be the reason why anybody will give up very quick.
