Here's My Take:
WHEN THERE'S NATURAL AFFECTION, there'll be
4. Team spirit: My Parents were civil servants....bloody civilians in Army slangs....but we grew up like it were under military atmosphere. Everything was a command, Prayers, asking for help, giving advice, etc; even apology sounds like a command too.
That's the nature of that beautiful atmosphere we grew up in. But not withstand such serene, most of us still cherish that atmosphere where people are shown care and attention, where everything mustn't be a do die affair, because we know that such is what will bring the best out of us.
Because we understood that every time things are done under pressure, so much mistakes will be recorded. As a family, we believe in team work, even under such "hash like" atmosphere, yet we still believe the best in us will show up when there's Natural Affection.
Conclusion:
Team Spirit springs up, where there's Natural Affection, not where Bosses show how much they're in control.
