2. INFERIORITY COMPLEX: Yes this is one the major reason people involve in racial/tribal conflicts. One dangerous thing about Inferiority complex is that it will make you wanna deal with people around you. You'll act as though you're better than them, but in your mind the fear of their complexity is troubling you so much and will make you feel lesser.
A superior is a superior, and s/he doesn't need to mount pressure before s/he will be recognized. Only his conduct and approach to things will speak volume of who s/he is. Superiors doesn't go around subjecting people to fear and respect them, they already have their respects with them, because they act responsibly.
Look at the Army superiors for example, they don't bring themselves down chasing people up and down just to show that they're superiors, they allow their Love and respect for others, and their disciplined behavior speak for them. But junior(inferior) officers will always show how small they're in their brains.
Conclusion:
Just like envy, Inferiority complex enslaves the mind of the bearers, making them not to gain control over situation of things around them. But with Natural Affection, it could be conquered.
