3. Colleagues:
The level of relationship/cooperation among colleagues in any system will determine how far, strong and reliable that system will be. Hence it's achievements. But when such system began to fight each other, and it's not tackled immediately, then something terrible may happen to such system.
This is one of the strategies used by most big systems(politicians/parties, organization, firms, companies, etc) to destabilize other opposing systems. How? They'll buy off some of the people working with the other systems, just to use them to push whatever be their evil desires.
This attitude is seen whenever opposing systems are becoming threat to them; when opposing systems are giving the people what they needed or yielding to the people's demand than them. When are tired of them, and want fresh breathe. Though some people see this character as business strategy, but I see it as demonic.
Conclusion:
When your colleagues in the system begin to work against the system, just know that another system, not very far, is beating drums for them. That's the case of Nigerian political system.
