5. Created for the Creator's pleasure: there are so many people that gave God pleasure mentioned in the Scripture; Abraham, Joseph, Joshua, etc. They did that because they took the decision and made themselves available; for God doesn't force anyone, rather He expect that from us.
A story was told about a Lady, who was a chorister in a particular Church. Anytime this lady comes up to sing, the Power of God will fill the arena. But because of her quests to please herself and her listeners, she went and took some concussions that will enable her have a clearer and sweet voice.
Then after service and after a Powerful section of praise, she went home. According to her, she said God asked her if she sang today in the Church, she said Yes. And God said to her "I didn't hear your voice today". She repented of it, and God showed her mercy.
Conclusion:
You don't have to be perfect to be able to give God pleasure. Just have a good conscience before Him, and serve Him in the Truth and in the Spirit.
