For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.

Natural:
Things to Note about Nature(Natural):
First we mentioned Strictness.
2. Timed(Season, period): Nature is strictly bound by Time. Everything God created from the beginning, even human was/is timed; time to be born, time to grow, time to mature, time to procreate, time to get old/weak, and time to die.
Those things that are not natural, which are influenced by man are not bound by time. They may work with time pending on their functions, but are not bound by time. Their timing are been regulated by something(chips, chemical, etc).
Nature are not controlled by anything, it's been like that since the creation, everything works in it's time, and there's never been any time that's missed.
Conclusion:
When we don't understand that we're bound by time, we won't make the use of the time properly.
