How to know Spiritual Long-sighted people:
2. They point finger: Long-sighted people are known for their high level of apportioning blames. They blame people for everything; they blame people for their mistakes, they blame them for everything. They always find it difficult to accept their fault.
People in this category are afraid to do project alone, because they know that their weaknesses will be so obvious, by then everything will be made bare, and they won't have any one to blame.
But when they're working with group, it will be easy for them to disassociate themselves from any failure the group may encounter.
Conclusion:
When a group fail on a task, look out for that person that'll blame others for the failure of the group, he's main problem.
