8. Insecure:

Insecurity has always been a challenge to most Successes, which resulted to failure at the end. No man feels insecure, and Succeed no matter how he tried. The feeling of insecure is the number enemy of Success, and most great people avoid that.

Imagine living in the midst of people you have doubts on; people you're afraid of, where no one seems to buy your trust?! Definitely, it will be a hell for you. 

In Jesus days, He avoided giving room for that. It was recorded that He had so many Disciples, and He chose twelve out of them. People He can almost do everything with, without an atom of doubt/fear. It doesn't mean that they're perfect, though.

Conclusion:

If you wanna Succeed in whatever you do, look out for people that will make you feel less insecure, and surround yourself with them.
