Our(My, Your) Now:

Topic: My Now, Your Now, Our Now:

Word: Luke 18:11 NLT

The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not like other people—cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that tax collector!

Here's My Take:

Those their Now Came:

6. The Publican:

Lessons to learn from The Story of the Publican

6. Don't make yourself a Judge:

One of the beautiful things about Jesus is that He never judged people, and never concluded on anybody based on their appearances. If not, he would have been misled by the appearances of the Pharisees and their likes.

He approached everyone based on their reactions/responses. No wonder he told them "no one is good, except God alone". He knows all things..

Assuming that a person is bad or rather good isn't a good Christian approach. Because it's not Christ pattern. So whether good or bad, let the person prove him/herself. That's the only way you can know the person.

Conclusion:

One thing we should know is this: when we say that someone is bad based on assumptions, without evidence to prove that, it's false accusation. And it's a sin. Therefore, say what you know...

Song:

We won't keep quiet

We won't be ashamed

We'll keep confessing

Jesus you reign

No matter how long

We'll keep on praying Thee

Nothing can stop you

You will remain always

You stand forever

Stand forever

Stand forever

Stand forever

Prayer:

Father help me to stop saying things that am not sure of about people in Jesus name. Amen

Do you know that you're important to God???
