Word: 1 Corinthians 9:25 KJV

And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

Here's My Take:

Means To Now:

1. Natural Means:

To get to your Now via natural means, you have to be very much experienced and active, because getting there requires your time, energy, strength, etc. Reaching our Now through natural means, will not always be easy, but with persistence, we'll get there.

To get to our Now is not by wishing or by thinking or admiring it. We have to put in more effort. Things won't happen unless we make them happen. People that followed this means never doubted their ability and capabilities, they never relented, they engaged!

This is why most stubborn people do well; if they put it to use. I know a quite number of them today that have become great(while some died too). Every temperament in a man is meant for good purpose, but when the devil get hold of them, they become death traps.

Conclusion:

It takes a strong will, wether stubborn or gentle to get to your Now.
