I know of a man. He was very very good in woodworking; name it: upholstery, bed, dinning table and chairs, etc. He can do the carpentery part of a building before decking it, by himself alone. According to the people that knew him before me, they said he was so good. And I have heard him boast about that severally. Notwithstanding how good he was, he became weak.
Not that he has grown very old, but reasons being that his wife is a federal earner; taking care of his children for him singlehandedly. He relaxed. He stopped doing those things he was known for. He ended up doing only menial carpentry work, after which he'll finish it in drinks. When people try to correct him, you'll hear him boast, that even if he didn't go to work for a whole year, he won't die of hunger. Odiegwu!!
There are whole lot of people in his shoes, that little achievement, they'll conclude that they've arrived. Their attitudes and approaches will change automatically. That massive humility they used to display will evaporate, without trace. Are you one of them?
Conclusion:
The foolishness/arrogance of any man can't be ascertain while he's poor/idle but when he has become wealthy(gotten what he's looking for)
