10. Jealous and Envy:
Jealousy and envy in the flow of friendship has deprived many the chances of becoming the best version of themselves. It takes a mind/heart that is free to be able to accommodate. It takes a free mind to see things aright. It's only a free mind that will accept instructions, guidelines and directions.
Envy and jealousy will make a novice to jump into a conclusion without first knowing the basics. These two elements(envy and jealousy) are fuel of impatience. It will make the host wanna get things at all cost, thereby pushing him/her to the extreme.
It takes one who is close to you, to envy/jealous you, not the one that is far. That's to say that envy and jealousy always come more from those that are very close to us; friends, family, peers, etc. Any one that doesn't know you, doesn't know what to think about you. But those that knows you, have many things to think(say) about you.
Conclusion:
Life is not when we thought we've arrived, we become proudly and arrogant. And when we thought we couldn't match, we become envious
