Why do people say goodbye?

6. When purpose/project has been established/completed

When we were little, me and my siblings, we were among those people(neighbours) manipulated so much. Could you believe that we left our farm, where we went to take out weeds from the ridges, and went to help one of our neighbour's kids cultivate in their farm. They promised us that they'll come and help us in return.

Another woman will carry all the little feeble children in our compound to come and separate chaff from the oil bean, after grinding them.

After many hours of doing that, she'll cook some and give each one a tea spoon of it in their mouths to encourage them to come back tomorrow. All these kids will leave everything they were doing just to help her out. Don't blame us thinking that we were foolish, nope. Just that when and where I grew up, we believe in respecting the elderly and also doing what they tells us to do; unlike this generation. So based on that mindset we grew up with, the selfish adults used it to manipulate us.

Now we have grown, whenever we remembered those things we'll start laughing out loud. We'll tell my parents some things we passed through in the hands of our neighbours. My mum will be like, but we didn't know. We'll tell her calm down, it's over now. That's why when I see people manipulating other people's children, I feel like loosing old_self from it's cage.

Conclusion:

One of the ways to harm a young warlord is to deprive him of sword. 

Don't think you're doing anybody by using others and reserving your kids; you're actually harming yours.
