“But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, but they didn’t see it. And they longed to hear what you hear, but they didn’t hear it.
Here's My Take:
What/who can raise someone's confidence:
5. "GOOD" MOVIES:
The Bible said "But blessed are your eyes, because they see..."
What you chose to see will determine whether you'll be blessed or not. And remember when the eye is blessed, the whole body is blessed. Because the eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. It makes your body focus.
The eye is the first organ to know what's going to happen to the body, others are their to support. Therefore, what it feeds on, should be our concern. Devil knew that, that's why most movies, adverts, etc carry naked pictures. Because the eye is their target and he won't stop till his wicked intention is achieved. When you thought you have escaped from his wicked intention by avoiding regular movies and seeing only Christian ones, he'll get your attention through advertisements.
The Bible said "when your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light". This is one thing the devil doesn't want, so he's fighting daily to hinder it; so he created so many avenues to make the eyes unhealthy.
Conclusion:
The strength of every animal(human, animal, insect, etc) is their eyes.
Once that is affected, that animal becomes weak.
