Leadership is never a title or position, it's a calling/responsibility. If you're not responsible at a certain level, you can't lead effectively. You don't need to be perfect to be a good leader, but you must be responsible enough to recognize your weaknesses and remain accountable.
Leadership will expose you to truths and lies, acquaintances and enemies, hatred and affection, life and death, etc. It will give you free access to wealth, power, theft, thuggery, manipulation, indebtedness, immorality, idolatry, adultery, manipulation, etc. Leadership can place opportunities for both good and evil within your reach.
Whatever leadership exposes you to or gives you access to, the choice of what you do with it remains yours.
But one thing stood out in leadership: it has eternal consequences. It's either leadership takes you to heaven or it sends you to hell fire. The choice is yours to make...
