WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT DIRECTION:

7. Career Direction and Skill Development. Direction alone is not enough; skill development is also necessary. Once direction is discovered, growth and improvement must follow.
A person may know what to do but still fail if they refuse to develop themselves.

8. Career Direction Reduces Wasted Effort. Without direction, people spend years moving from one thing to another without stability or growth.
Direction brings focus.
Focus reduces distraction and increases productivity.

9. Career Direction Affects Generations. A good career decision does not only affect one person; it can affect families and future generations positively.
Likewise, poor career choices can create long-term struggles.

Conclusion:

Being wise in career choices is paramount because a lot depends on the outcome of our choices, whether good or bad.
