WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT CAREER DIRECTION:

13. Gifts and Talents Are Clues to Career Direction. Many times, God places clues to our direction inside our natural gifts, passions, and abilities. What comes naturally to a person may reveal where they are meant to function effectively. This does not mean every talent becomes a career, but talents often point toward purpose.

14. Career Direction Involves Service. A meaningful career should solve problems and add value to others. The most impactful careers are usually built around service, contribution, and usefulness. People who focus only on personal gain often struggle to find lasting fulfillment.

15. Fear Can Affect Career Decisions Fear causes many people to avoid the paths they are truly meant to pursue.
Some fear:
failure,
criticism,
rejection,
uncertainty,
or starting small.
As a result, they settle for comfort instead of purpose.

Conclusion:

Our careers are often beyond our natural talents.
When we settle only for our natural talents as our career, we choose comfort instead of purpose. But when we go beyond that, the results can become overwhelming..
