That move is best understood by experience. You need to be in His Presence to experience His move. That move is not in words, so it can't be written or explained; it's a reaction, therefore it requires to be felt.
No knowledge is knowledgeable enough to explain the move of the Spirit except by experience.
So until you feel it, you won't understand how it works..
