Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
Why should we give thanks to the Lord?
We give thanks to the Lord because "He is good". Not because you got a new car/house or because you've received one Favour or job employment, etc.
Our God is Good. And everyone has partaken from his Goodness. Therefore, He does not need anyone's approval to establish that.
