Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
One of the reasons why we cry more is because we rely more in our ability than on the Divine help from above. There's nothing the Lord cannot do for the one He loves, even the ones that are meant for man to do. My duty is to call my cares(worries, problems, threats, failures, situations, challenges, insults, etc) on Him.
He alone knows the ones to carry and the ones to leave behind, not me!
