When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!” When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus.
Every Leader will always have loyalists(followers). They may swear never to leave him; till death part them. But when another Leader came on board, they followed him immediately. If you're a Leader reading this, just know that it's a normal thing for every Leader(past or current) to have loyalists. In case the people around you are answerable to your Predecessor, no panic. Find a way to create yours. But if you're a nice person, they'll come running after you.
