Here's My Take:
CATALYST(As A Neighbour): we said yesterday that one of the places/persons someone should find solace aside family and friends is in Neighborhood/neighbours. Because they're one's family next door. Also Neighbours that are good and observant can easily notice when another neighbor is facing serious challenges, and offer help.
But it's quite unfortunate that neighbourhood today is filled will staunch enemies, people bewitching one another, wishing others downfall and destruction. They don't want to hear that you got promoted or a better job.
They wished you never succeed, and will come to beg them food. Neighbourhood nowadays is filled with competitions and pomposities, with zero empathy, sympathy and compassion. This resulted to people minding their businesses, even when someone is dying next door they act like they don't know.

Conclusion:
If you allow your neighbourhood to put you under pressure to do things(when you're not ready), then your level of maturity is very low.
