Here's My Take:
CATALYST(As A Neighbour): one of the places/persons someone should find solace aside family and friends is in Neighborhood/neighbours. They should be one's next family. Where family and friends are living at a distance, they're the closest anyone could run to or relate issues to.
Neighbours that are very observant can easily tell when one of them isn't feeling fine, feeding well or having some challenges. Neighbours are family outside home; that's how it was designed. But so many people doesn't understand that.
There are places you'll go, especially in villages, neighbours literally share meals. Especially when each one prepares a special kind of meal, which is not common. Some share fruits, maybe when they come back from a travel/market/farm. They don't do this because they have excess, but because of the Joy of having a family outside home.
Conclusion:
If you have neighbours that have family kinda mentality, you'll forever enjoy living in that neighbourhood.
