How To Know When It's Time Of Rising:
1. When there's a problem:
MEN THAT DIDN'T OBEY THE HUMAN(Woman) VOICE BUT GOD:
Young/Younger Preachers like Moses doesn't find it funny under their elders/elderly preachers. First the Young/Younger Preacher will be disturbed, he'll be distracted, and he won't have the boldness to speak the truth at will.
I heard a story of a Young Preacher, after he finishes preaching, the Senior Pastor and elders will warn him not to speak in that manner again, because he was telling them the truth. This days wickedness is resident in the heart of so many people, that's why they don't want to hear the truth.
If you read the book of Jeremiah, you'll find out that Jeremiah was maltreated by these elders and leaders of the Church, because he spoke the truth. At some point he was flogged by an elderly, fellow servant of God Jeremiah 20:1-2. Just to shut him up! But God won't allow that, truth must prevail...!
Conclusion:
No matter how people claim to Love you, immediately you start telling them the truth, they'll automatically hate you.
