Here's My Take:
Intro..
Just like everyone has Time of life and Time of death, so also we have TIME OF RISE. But it's unfortunate that majority hardly see that TIME before they die, simply because of some challenges that overtook them.
God designed it that everyone must come to his/her RISING, it's all about when. Hence there's TIME for everything(everyone). Out TIMES may or may not be the same, that's why it's not wonderful to let someone else's RISING rise your Blood Pressure.
As our faces are different so it's our TIMES. Don't let someone's RISING coin hastiness in you, else you'll end up drinking your tea with fork. So what am saying is, know that our RISING is paramount, but our TIME is uncertain.

Conclusion:
When your TIME OF RISING comes, you won't need a seer to tell you that it's TIME. Everything will start falling in place.
