3. IN BUSINESS:

Finally on union, in my opinion, if all these union will work together to insure that prices of goods are cut down, their efforts will be on marbles forever. Having sincere team/s that will monitor those producing the raw materials, to the main producers down to retailers. Ensuring that everyone doesn't go beyond expected.

I believe things will be stabilized. But am afraid, because these teams may end up collecting bribes leaving their jobs; witch-hunting those that refused to pay. Just like many have done before.

The scape goats are the ones that refused to pay bribes(amounts they were told). But if majority is bothered about the hike in goods and services, and chose to collectively stand against it, something will be done about it, just like it has happened in some places. 

Conclusion:

Anything done in one mind gives maximum result and it will be well respected and valued, than having tenths and hundredths doing minds.
