Here's My Take:
WHEN THERE'S NATURAL AFFECTION, there'll be
6. prosperity: I have never seen anyone that will want to invest in war ragging areas....except those that benefit from Wars, by selling their weapons to both opponents....apart from these wicked people, I have never seen anyone like that, unless s/he is crazy.
Investing in a war areas involves the risk of losing your life and your money. Even your mind won't be at rest. Where there are Wars investment won't succeed. But where there are Natural Affection things will be different; investments, business development, increasing population, etc.
Recently, majority of people have left our town to other safest towns due to insecurity, unnecessary sit at home orders and some other wickedness in the land. The economy has crippled, development delayed, crimes doubled, more also, people running away.
Conclusion:
Any location where there's constant kidnapping, killings, robbery, etc, just check the Chief security of that place his hands are not clean.
