7. Service affected:
One of the challenges of so many leaders, is their inability to observe and study the mood of their followers. But unfortunately, what some of them could see is only their followers facial expressions; maybe they enquired something from them or asked them to do something, and the followers expressed unhappiness through their reactions. While thy are not observant when it comes to knowing one's mood changes.
My reason being that, some of the followers may be passing through so much depressions; through personal hard times, and they're unnoticed. Because most leaders are so selfish, all they wanted is result, they don't care about the machineries.
When people are depressed, their minds are affected. And when their minds have been affected, their services will surely be affected as well.
Conclusion:
When you kept milking a cow, without minding if it's feeding or not, soon the cow will die.
