Wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is almost dead. I find that your actions do not meet the requirements of my God.

What Happens After/At The Time Of Weakness:
7. Service affected:
This is another resultant effect of Weakness. This is that period when your services will be affected. When your zeal will go down. When you think of doing anything, or when you're called to do anything, you'll sigh, because the strength won't be there. Because the energy is no longer there, no passion at all.
This is always seen, when an institution is built on lies, and maintained on lies. But once the individuals who are in that institution found out that they are actually been held by lies, their level of services and commitment will drop. And the usual result will not be recorded again.
There's no way one should expect good result, when the zeal and passion is no longer there. The worst part of it is when people's services has dropped. And when that happens, it will be difficult to get things back to shape.
Conclusion:
Zeal and strength to work and do more comes by encouragement and honesty. But when such are not in place, everything will be affected.
