I heard a story of how a young man went for an interview and many others came too. It happens that seats were littered on the stairways. Everyone that comes in ignored those seats and went up, but this young man came, saw them and carried them to where others were arranged. When it was his turn for the interview, he was told to resume work that he has done his interview. He was like how? They showed him the video captured by camera; he nearly died.

Knowing to do good and refused to do it, is a sin, according to the scripture. Since you know that it's the right thing to do, do it.

You came by 8am and your colleagues came by 10am, to avoid implicating them, you wrote in their names.

You saw children fighting, you ignored them because your child is not there.

You know that that child couldn't get that amount of money s/he is spending, but because you're being patronized, you laugh it out. Without asking where he get such money s/he is spending.

You're living in an apartment where the young guy changes little girls like clothes, instead of telling him to his face the evil he's doing. Instead you said it doesn't concern me!

Knowing what is good and refusing to do it, is a sin. 

So I ask, do you know that?
