I noticed that there are faithful Masters and Faithful Servants. But there are rare Faithful Assistants. Check around you'll notice that too.
A master will remain faithful because he's the boss or maybe he owns the place, the servant will remain faithful because he has not gotten enough capacity like the boss. But an assistant has almost everything the boss has, so to remain faithful will be so difficult. He'll see it as a waste of time and his resource. Therefore he needs where to utilize his full potentials(to get out).
