Why Will God Bless Me?
Because I Receive Cheerfully:
Finally on this subject...
Cheerfulness in receiving gives strength in giving. When that cheerfulness is not there it will turn the giving hand feeble. Paul understood that, not only that the people will receive it cheerfully only, but so that they givers will be blessed in return. That's why he had to tell them to pray. Thus "Pray also that my relief offering to the Jerusalem believers will be accepted in the spirit in which it is given"
If a gift is not received "In the spirit in which is given", then there may be a challenge.
I have noticed that when the giver and the receiver work in the same spirit, the both will be blessed. It opens door for more blessings.
Someone may say "whether he accept them or not wetin concern me?!" His acceptance is necessary. Haven't you asked yourself "why do we pray that the less privileged accepts our gifts, during their visits?" Because their cheerful reception will rain multiple blessings. Or are you not aware???
Conclusion:
Note that the person that received your gift 'may' hinder your blessings if care is not taken. Pray they receive them cheerfully so that you'll go home happily
