Here's My Take:
Still from yesterday's post...
Someone may ask what if as a Christian, yet it seems that the Blessing is not manifesting; and what if the blessing came but not as expected? What will I do? You demand for it; it's your right in Christ Jesus, as a believer. So having that knowledge means you should demand for it. Don't keep calm.
Ok look at Jabez. According to the Scripture "Jabez was more honourable than his brethren.."
Which means, from the family of Jabez, they were born as honourable men and women. But Jabez was more honourable than all of them. Yet he was not satisfied. Why? Because he knew that in God he has enough.
Since he was more honourable, he would have relaxed, after all he was better of. But he said lai lai, he must get the full package!
My mind is telling me that his brethren chose to relax in their honourable levels, without any hunger for next and greater level. But Jabez who was hungry for more, not minding that his situation was better than the rest, sought for more. Have you relaxed in that situation already? It's time to get up and meuve. No time..
Conclusion:
In Christ Jesus nothing is enough until it's enough. Therefore demand for your blessings.
