This verse of the Scripture is a command! It's a seal of all the Gospel! It was the last command JESUS gave His disciples before He was taken away from them.
It's important to note that this command is still relevant till Christ comes.
So therefore, every Christian is obligated to preach the gospel with every means possible.. online, offline, face to face, etc..
