5. Division & Argument: I said this earlier, and I will say it again: when you see a servant of God who has the grace to keep the church united, appreciate and honor that work. It is one of the most demanding and valuable responsibilities in ministry. It requires extra grace, patience, and tolerance.
The reason we see so many churches today is not always because everyone was called to start one. In many cases, some churches were born out of unresolved conflicts. A pastor leaves over an issue and starts a new church; then, after some time, those who followed him may also leave and repeat the same pattern.
Church conflict may never completely disappear, but it can be managed. No matter how well it is handled, it may still arise again in different forms. However, the ability of a priest or pastor to manage conflict without allowing it to escalate is something that should be appreciated and studied.
Conclusion:
Unity is not the absence of conflict—it is the ability to manage differences without destroying the body. And any man that can do that should be appreciated.
