THE PHARISEES

Eguh Nnamdi’s Nugget

Topic: THE PHARISEES

Word: Matthew 23:2 NLT

"The teachers of religious law and the Pharisees are the official interpreters of the law of Moses."

Here’s My Take:

HOW TO KNOW A PHARISEE (Pt. 2):

"Someone that won't want a stranger to succeed in their area."

This mindset has deeply affected nation-building. It is the toxic belief of: “Don’t let them succeed—they’re not our people.” To this type of Pharisee, visitors are not seen as a source of development, but as threats to their territory.

They conclude that visitors are dominating and will soon take over. This fear fuels attacks, usually targeting the very success that made them uncomfortable.

To be continued…

Conclusion:

Envy is the mother of many evils. Many have lost their lives, families, wealth, and property as a result of envy.

🎵 Song:

Your name is the highest, Your name is the greatest
Your name stands above them all
All thrones and dominions, All powers and positions
Your name stands above them all

Prayer: Lord deliver us from the hands of the Pharisees. In Jesus name. Amen.
