1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Read that Scripture again!

This is one Scripture that has helped me to get more Spiritual muscle. This Scripture opens our eyes to see how strong we are by God's Grace. It tells us that before temptation comes to us, God will first weigh our strength. If we can handle it, he allows it to come. But if we can't, he diverts it. 

He said "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man." It means that before you, someone else had seen that and overcome. So you shouldn't let that overcome you.

There's a whole lot of lessons to learn from that Scripture, but...
