When you study the Scriptures concerning what the Bible said about False Prophets/Teachers you'll find out that they won't be born afresh, rather they're men(Bishops, Pastors, Priest, etc) that were already existing(in the Lord), but all of a sudden changed to falsehood. Don't be surprised about everything going on in Christiandom, it's a fulfillment of the Prophecy about the end time.

But what you've heard, seen and learnt, let no man take it away from you(Rev. 3:11)
