Looking at the question serpent asked the woman, starting with "REALLY?" you'll observe that she and serpent have been engaging in conversations; like they're very close(best of friends). Through that closeness, he was able to take advantage of her vulnerability.

So Dear Friend, that mistake(sexual immorality, adultery, smoking, masturbation, drug addiction, greed, etc) won't happen if you can reduce that closeness with that person. But if continue engaging him/her regrets will be inevitable.

Ignore that their smile/laughter and closeness, satan is using it to weaken your spirit.
