Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Anywhere there's a mountain, you'll surely see a valley, and vice versa. Having this understanding will help you prepare your mind, so that if you're in your mountain right now, coming down to valley is possible(but we don't pray for that). And if you're in the valley, mountain is possible.
So though you walk through that valley full of shadows of death, fear not, God is with you to take you to your mountain.
